Many times while working for employers I have always wondered why many in the crew concentrate so much on how their employers are wrong, wasting time, thinking they are too hard on them and just don't know what they are doing.  How many times have you heard this one; " I have never done it this way."  In the past, I have heard this from my own lips...hahaha. Not long ago infact...I forgot my statement to the employer when applying for the job. "Give me a little time to adjust on how you do things"...This guy is helping me put food on my table and to pay my bills. You would think a man in his 70's would have learned something. I believe we should be praying for our employers that they would prosper on the job and at home. I have been an employer many times and remember the stress that comes with it some times. I have had a lot of laughs in this trade and could write a book covering the antics and just funny things I have witnessed on job sites. Being a cartoonest would help, for sure.
